Modelcore, the Modelcore name and logos, and related trade dress are marks of True Level LLC. These guidelines do not grant a trademark license.
You may use the word Modelcore truthfully to identify the product, link to it, or describe genuine compatibility, provided the use is not misleading, more prominent than your own branding, or presented as sponsorship, certification, or endorsement. Do not use Modelcore marks in your company, product, domain, social handle, slogan, or logo without written permission.
Third-party names and marks belong to their owners. A reference to another product does not imply that its owner is affiliated with, authorizes, sponsors, or endorses Modelcore. Any permitted third-party reference must identify the product accurately and must not use a third-party logo, trade dress, mark as a slogan, or unsubstantiated comparison.
Comparative advertising must be truthful, current, material, and supported by dated evidence. Written authorization from the mark owner must be obtained before a third-party mark is used in paid-ad creative when the owner's published rules require it. Retired or unapproved comparison pages must not be placed in a sitemap, indexed, or used as campaign destinations.
Report trademark concerns to support@modelcore.app with the subject Trademark concern. Include the mark, URL or material, jurisdiction, and a concise explanation. Trademark complaints are evaluated under trademark law and are not processed as DMCA notices unless they separately identify copyright infringement.
